If you are a prepaid customer, you can replenish your balance at any time before the expiry date by providing us with another payment. If you manage a prepaid account, it must not exceed $1,000 and you may be prevented from replenishing when your balance reaches $1,000. We can apply your payments to any amount you owe us if your previous account filling payments have been cancelled. If you do not have enough credits in your account to cover your service and sufficient funds are not added within 60 days, your account will be terminated and unused balances will expire. If you are a Postpay customer, you may be entitled to a discount if you are and remain connected to an organization that has an agreement with us. If your discount is not made through a national discount program, we may occasionally share with your organization certain information about your service (including your name, wireless phone number and total monthly fee) to ensure that you are still eligible. We may adjust or remove your discount in accordance with your organization`s agreement with us and remove your discount if your right to participate expires or your contract term expires. In any case, this will not have a major negative effect on you. Home Banking – If you use a third-party account provider (or distributor) to pay your wireless verizon bill on the account provider`s website, you don`t have to do anything more and you don`t receive a paper bill. If you want to get a paper invoice in the future, you will have to evade the home banking program on the website of your home banking provider, on which you registered with Home Banking.
Follow the manufacturer`s instructions. You don`t have to do anything else with your Verizon wireless account to get a paper bill, unless you`ve previously accepted paperless billing. To revoke such prior consent, go to Verizon Wireless` My Verizon, go to the profile tab, and then to billing options. If you or we do not enforce the rights conferred on us by this agreement in one case, that does not mean that you or we will not be able to enforce it in any other case. You cannot cede this agreement or your rights or obligations under this agreement without our consent. However, we can give up this agreement or any debts you owe us without informing us. If you are a Postpay customer, please note that many of the messages we send you will be displayed as messages on your monthly bill. If you have online billing, these messages are considered received by you if your online bill is available for consultation. If you receive a paper invoice, you will receive these notifications three days after our email. If we send you more messages, they will be immediately considered received if we send them to your wireless device or to an email or fax number you gave us, or after three days if we send them to your billing address.
If you need to send us messages, please send them to customer service on your last invoice. We may limit, suspend or terminate your service without notice, or enter into an agreement with you for any reason, including, but not limited, to: (1) if you: (a) violate this agreement; (b) resell your service; (c) to use your service for illegal purposes, including use contrary to trade and economic sanctions and prohibitions imposed by a U.S. government agency; (d) a mechanism for installing, making available or using regeneration equipment or similar mechanisms (for example). B a repeater) to create, strengthen, improve, transmit or regenerate an HF signal without our permission; (e) to rob us or lie to us; or, if you are a post-country customer; (f) not paying your bill on time; (g) fees exceed a required deposit or billing limit or far exceed their monthly access fee (although we have not yet charged the fee); (h) provide credit information that we cannot verify; i) are not in a position to:
